Exploring local coffee shops, cooking, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my dogs

Supportive resident and faculty culture, strong mentorship, advocacy for mental health equity, and the vast opportunities to truly grow in leadership, education, mental health advocacy, and/or other areas in psychiatry.

Relationship between toxic stress and adverse childhood experience on health outcomes, psychosomatic medicine, health equity, and improving resident wellness.
