From February through April, the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences hosted a six-event mental health webinar series, "Taking Care of Yourself and Your Loved Ones." The 30-minute webinars were designed to provide practical expert advice for Duke University and Duke Health community members and their families who may be struggling with different mental health challenges.
Each webinar targeted a specific mental health topic, such as maintaining emotional well-being, addressing unhealthy substance use, preventing suicide and mental health in children and adolescents of color.
