Interests & Career Goals: Clinically I want to work with patients with both medical and psychiatric needs, particularly in acute care or inpatient settings. I’m interested in medical education, psychotherapy, and how systems-level factors—like health policy, structural inequity, and interprofessional collaboration—shape patient care.
Favorite Pastimes: Reading, hiking, playing pickleball, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with my Yorkie
Strengths of the Program: Duke felt like the rare combination of intellectual rigor, clinical excellence, warmth, and genuine interdisciplinary collaboration I was looking for. I wanted a program that would help me grow not just as a clinician, but also as a systems thinker and advocate. Duke accomplishes that with strong med-psych mentorship, outstanding clinical training, and a deep commitment to equity.
