Tuyen Phan brings a dynamic and multifaceted background spanning sales, production management, human resources, investment, research and division administration. He earned his B.S. from Cornell University and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
Tuyen joined the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in 2020 to lead research administration and expanded his role in 2024 to include division administration. In his current capacity, he supports research faculty in managing financial and compliance risks, and assists clinical faculty with productivity management and human resource support. Known for his collaborative approach, Tuyen is dedicated to problem-solving and driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
