Mrs. Jackson is a public health professional with over 10 years of experience in research project management, focusing on studies that address critical health concerns among underserved populations, primarily in North Carolina. Her expertise spans evidence-based program implementation, community-based recruitment and engagement, partnership development with diverse interest holders, clinical trial management, and research administration and regulatory coordination.
Mrs. Jackson currently manages trial operations for several externally funded research projects, including patient-centered outcomes among kidney dialysis patients, obesity prevention initiatives, and improving dementia care quality. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from UNC Greensboro and her master's degree in public health from the University of South Florida.
