Dr. Davis is a licensed clinical psychologist at Duke University who specializes in developmental and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. She has been the Director of Clinical Services and Training in the Duke ADHD Program since 2018. Dr. Davis’s clinical work focuses on empirically supported assessment and treatment of ADHD and co-occurring conditions. She also supervises psychology learners in their clinical training activities.

Dr. Davis’s research focuses on pediatric mental health, with a particular focus on early emergence of ADHD and non-pharmacological treatments. Her current work focuses on understanding the co-occurrence of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, with a specific interest in diagnostic clarification and early risk factors that are associated with emergence of both conditions. She also works on a number of projects associated with a federal service grant that provides education and consultation for pediatric providers to improve their ability to manage pediatric mental health conditions.

Dr. Davis completed her master’s in Child Development at Tufts University and her doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
