Beth Glascock, MPA, joined the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences as our new Vice Chair for Administration and Finance and Chief Administrative Officer on October 1.
Prior to accepting this position, Beth served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and the Reproductive Sciences at the University of California-San Francisco. Throughout her career, she has worked in finance and administration at the University of California-Riverside School of Medicine, the Brain Health Center at the Emory University School of Medicine, and the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.

These experiences and a proven track record of success in academic and clinical finance, human resources and research administration will be invaluable in meeting the departmental goals and objectives.
Beth graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA, with a degree in English, and she has a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University.
When she’s not working, Beth enjoys food shows, traveling and pretending she’s a home decorator. She especially loves biscuits and gravy.
