Interests and Career Goals
I hope to have a career in which I can integrate evidence-based clinical practice, research and supervision and in which I can specialize in working with perinatal women, children and families.
Favorite Pastimes
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, doing yoga, finding new coffee shops, scuba-diving and traveling.
Why I Chose Duke
I chose the Duke internship program because of its structure, which allows interns to have both broad and tailored experiences, and because of its world-renowned settings and diverse patient populations. I am especially excited to learn parenting therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy and to continue building skills in providing services related to obstetrics, gynecology, and fertility.
Research Interests
I am interested in the relationship between maternal mental health, parent-child interactions and children’s language outcomes.
