Please join us for the first presentation in our 2025-2026 Duke Center for Autism Seminar Series. Our presenter will be Kimberly Carpenter, PhD, associate professor in psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Duke. Dr. Carpenter is a clinical and developmental neuroscientist whose work at the Duke Center for Autism focuses on identifying neural and behavioral biomarkers to improve early identification and treatment of autism, anxiety, and ADHD in young children. In order to address the complexity inherent in researching these commonly co-occurring conditions, she has built a multidisciplinary research program that integrates neuroscience, child and adolescent psychiatry, and computational science. Dr. Carpenter aims to understand complex brain-behavior relationships in young, neurodiverse children. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - please register at the link provided.
