I am a clinician and clinician educator with a particular interest in mental health and wellness in the perinatal period.  I am interested in prevention and treatment of postpartum anxiety and depression, and in pregnancy and infant loss.  My other clinical interests include OCD, trauma, anxiety and depressive disorders, and working with college and graduate students and medical trainees.  My approach is strengths-based, and I seek to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn new skills and improve their resiliency. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
