Research Interests:
Dr. Friedman is focused on the behavioral and surgical treatment of obesity.  Her most current work focuses on the psychological aspects of bariatric surgery, including preparation for and recovery from surgery.  She is interested in furthering our understanding of psychosocial issues related to bariatric surgery.
